Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LooksMax AI, including the mobile application, website, subscriptions, features, content, and related services. LooksMax AI is available on the Apple App Store under App Store ID 6775181414.
1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, purchasing, subscribing to, or using LooksMax AI, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Apple App Store Terms
If you downloaded LooksMax AI from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement, unless Apple requires otherwise. Apple is not responsible for providing maintenance or support for LooksMax AI.
3. Entertainment and Self-Improvement Purpose Only
LooksMax AI provides AI-style face scoring, feature breakdowns, routine suggestions, and progress tracking for entertainment, education, and self-improvement support. The app is not a medical device and does not provide medical, dermatological, psychological, nutritional, cosmetic surgery, biometric identity, legal, or other professional advice.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Scores, analysis, charts, recommendations, routines, and progress estimates are informational and subjective. We do not guarantee any physical, health, beauty, social, dating, professional, or appearance outcome. Your results may vary.
5. User Content and Photo Rights
You are responsible for the photos and information you choose to submit. You must only upload or scan images that you own, control, or have permission to use. Do not upload images of another person without their consent. Do not use LooksMax AI to harass, shame, impersonate, exploit, or harm anyone.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful, harmful, abusive, discriminatory, or deceptive purposes.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, or compromise the app or backend services.
- Upload content that infringes rights, violates privacy, or contains illegal material.
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or abuse app features.
- Misrepresent scan outputs as medical, professional, identity, or scientific determinations.
7. LooksMax Pro Subscriptions
LooksMax AI may offer paid auto-renewable subscriptions, such as LooksMax Pro, that unlock premium scans, detailed results, routines, progress features, or other paid functionality. The exact subscription title, duration, price, trial terms, and included benefits are shown in the app, on the paywall, and in Apple's purchase confirmation sheet before you buy.
Auto-renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel before then.
Managing or canceling subscriptions
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Free trials and offers
If a free trial or promotional offer is available, the terms are shown before purchase. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may convert to a paid subscription at the price shown at purchase.
Refunds
App Store purchases and refunds are handled by Apple. You can request refunds through Apple's purchase support process. We do not control Apple's refund decisions.
8. Changes to Features and Pricing
We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or remove features from time to time. Subscription pricing, trial availability, and product configuration may vary by country, region, eligibility, and App Store settings. Any price changes are handled according to Apple's App Store rules.
9. Intellectual Property
LooksMax AI, including its design, text, graphics, software, scoring presentation, routines, branding, and other app materials, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or its content to you.
10. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party services such as Apple StoreKit, Firebase, Cloudflare, and AI service providers to operate purchases, analytics, diagnostics, remote configuration, hosting, and optional remote analysis. Your use of the app may also be subject to those providers' applicable terms and policies.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, retained, shared, and deleted. By using the app, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
LooksMax AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your use of or inability to use the app.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the app if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, abused the service, or used the app unlawfully. You may stop using the app at any time.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice in the app or on this website. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
